Our client is a world leader in technology that protects a business’s most important assets…it’s staff. Due to their continued expansion and the introduction of a new portfolio of products, they are now seeking a new Sales Account Manager to manage existing accounts in the South East.
As Account Manager, you’ll be managing 50 to 60 accounts plus any subsidiaries. This role is to retain the existing revenues in the accounts and find opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell the new portfolio of products. You will be expected to overachieve the sales plan, with a key focus on forecast accuracy and generating new pipeline.
You will execute a sales methodology for growing key accounts, improving CSAT and maintain and updating Account development plans. You will also drive new product uptake through whitespace analysis, working closely with the customer success and Customer care teams to understand key customer challenges and opportunities and develop key win strategies that differentiate our Client’s commercial offering.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a multi-disciplined sale in business services, managed services or a technology-enabled service environment. You will have previous experience in a regulatory environment or with a technology-enabled business service. Experience or understanding of a subscription based service would be helpful and demonstrable experience in customer retention, account management and acquisition to drive high growth performances through effective sales methodology would be ideal.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to analyse sales data from Salesforce CRM to accurately forecast, drive sales improvements and manage sales performance to achieving sales targets.
