SaaS Channel Sales Business Development Manager – Employee Protection Solutions. Our client is a world leader in technology that protects a business’s most important assets…it’s staff. Due to their continued expansion and the introduction of a new portfolio of products, they are now seeking a new Channel Sales Manager to develop new accounts in the South East.
The Channel Business Development Executive is responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who can build strong partnerships, execute joint business plans, and ensure partner success.
- Partner Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with resellers and strategic partners.
- Sales Growth: Drive indirect sales through channel partners by developing joint go-to market strategies and achieving MRR targets.
- Business Development: Enablement & Training: Provide partners with product knowledge, sales tools, and training.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor partner performance and analyse sales data.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to develop co-branded campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Contract & Compliance: Ensure all partner agreements comply with company policies and legals. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports to management.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in channel sales and business development within the technology sector, with experience in ICT, SaaS, and EHS. You will have a strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite with a knowledge of partner incentive programs and channel marketing strategies are highly desirable.
