Our Client is a Communications & Managed Service Provider supplying services to Enterprise & Public Sector customers across the UK. They transform large Public Sector organisations from legacy communications to cutting edge Digital, Cloud & AI Services.
We are looking for an experienced Public Sector Senior Solution Architect in CX, UC & Connectivity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead C level conversations with existing clients, predominantly NHS, to understand corporate strategy and help customers transform their legacy communications products and services to modern Digital Transformation solutions.
- Act as a bridge between business outcomes and technical design, applying a consultancy mindset to uncover whitespace, quantify ROI and TCO benefits, and help customers align to long-term digital strategies.
- Lead customer workshops, bids, and transformation programmes; collaborate with Account Directors, Technical Architects, and Product teams to implement real change.
Qualifications:
- Technical background from the communications sector with expertise in a similar role.
- Strong business analysis mindset, able to translate operational needs into measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, engaging both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Advanced understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS, Networking, Cloud, and AI-driven transformation.
- Demonstrable experience in Solution Architecture, Digital Transformation Consulting or Pre-Sales Leadership roles with a proven track record.
- Degree-level education in technology, business, or engineering discipline.
- Familiarity with public sector digital frameworks (e.g. NHS What Good Looks Like, Data and Digital Transformation, G-Cloud) is advantageous.
