Our client supplies Business Broadband to local areas across the UK and are currently recruiting Field Sales Executives for the above geographical areas. They use their own fast and stable full fibre network to offer businesses and some residential homes reliable ultra-fast broadband.
The successful applicant will proactively generate new business opportunities predominantly through field sales activity, supplemented with occasional outbound telesales and email outreach. You will build and manage a pipeline of SME and mid-market business customers, conducting consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs and propose tailored broadband and connected solutions. You will negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets, identifying and acting on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing business customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. You will have strong experience in business development or field sales, preferably in SME or mid-market segments. Telecoms and connected solutions background is preferred but not essential. You will need excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills as well as being self-motivated with a high-energy, results-driven approach. High levels of computer literacy, including CRM proficiency and data-driven sales reporting are expected.
