Broadband Business Field Sales Executive – Norfolk
Our client supplies Business Broadband across the UK and is recruiting Field Sales Executives for areas including Kings Lynn, Peterborough, Stowmarket, Thetford, Downham Market, Dereham, Cromer, Sheringham, Fakenham and Hunstanton.
Base pay: £30,000 Basic, £55,000 OTE plus benefits and expenses
Location: Norfolk (rotational travel)
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities primarily through field sales, supplemented with outbound telesales and email outreach.
- Build and manage a pipeline of SME and mid‑market business customers.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs and propose tailored broadband and connected solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets, identifying and acting on cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities within existing clients.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding B2B sales targets, preferably in SME or mid‑market segments.
- Experience in business development or field sales; telecoms and connected solutions background preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills; self‑motivated, high‑energy, results‑driven.
- Strong computer literacy, CRM proficiency and data‑driven sales reporting skills.
