The Role:
Were looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Cumbernauld. Youll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle
from sourcing candidates to placing them in exciting roles
while developing strong, long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
Meet and exceed individual and team targets
Maintain accurate records using our internal CRM system
Represent PMA Recruitment Services professionally at all times
What Were Looking For:
Previous recruitment experience (agency or internal) preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
