PMA Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well-established and growing joinery and interior fit-out contractor based in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and reputable company delivering high-quality commercial, retail, and refurbishment projects across Scotland.
The Role:
- As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple joinery and fit-out projects from pre-construction through to final account.
- Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts
- Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Monitoring project costs and ensuring profitability
- Supporting project managers with commercial decision-making
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within joinery, fit-out, or interiors
- Strong commercial and financial management skills
- Experience managing subcontractors and variations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (preferred)
