PMA Ltd have been established for over 50 years, supplying the UK Water Industry. We are currently looking to recruit a permanent full time Production Operative to work as part of a team manufacturing Reagents and Chemicals.
The successful applicant will be working within a small team to meet the business’s needs. They will be able to demonstrate a good work ethic, reliability, commitment, and an aptitude for the job. The ability to work with other colleagues as well as independently is essential.
The role will involve the manufacturing and packing of semi-bulk and bulk scale chemicals and reagents, alongside general warehousing. This is an entry level role, full training is provided and can offer good career progression for the right candidate. We have expanded our Lab and are recruiting further at all levels.
Person specification:- Working in a small team, being amiable and having interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Experience of semi bulk/bulk scale chemical experience would be beneficial; however, full training will be provided.
- The ability to manage your daily workload and plan ahead.
- The role does involve manual handling and FLT driving (FLT training will be provided by the company if needed).
- Flexibility and consistency.
