For many years they have been one of the world’s leading providers of employee protection solutions and have been named in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 on multiple occasions, including a spell of three consecutive years.

The company is expanding and has introduced a new portfolio of products. They are now seeking a

Sales Account Manager to manage existing accounts in the South East.

Role Overview

As a Sales Account Manager, you will manage 50 to 60 accounts plus any subsidiaries.

The main goal is to retain existing revenue and identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities for the new portfolio.

You will be expected to over‑achieve the sales plan with a key focus on forecast accuracy and pipeline generation.

You will execute a sales methodology for growing key accounts, improve CSAT, maintain and update account development plans, and drive new product uptake through whitespace analysis.

Collaboration with customer success and customer care teams is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow 50‑60 key accounts and any subsidiaries.
  • Retain existing revenue and identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.
  • Over‑achieve sales plan with focus on forecast accuracy and pipeline creation.
  • Execute a sales methodology to grow key accounts and improve CSAT.
  • Maintain and update account development plans.
  • Drive new product uptake through whitespace analysis.
  • Collaborate with customer success and customer care teams to understand customer challenges.
  • Develop win strategies that differentiate the company’s commercial offering.
  • Analyse sales data from Salesforce CRM to forecast, drive improvements, and manage performance to meet targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record managing multi‑disciplinary sales in business services, managed services or a technology‑enabled service environment.
  • Experience in a regulatory environment or with a technology‑enabled business service.
  • Desirable experience in compliance or health & safety solutions.
  • Experience or understanding of subscription‑based service models.
  • Demonstrable experience in customer retention, account management, and acquisition to drive high growth through effective sales methodology.
  • Ability to analyse sales data from Salesforce CRM to forecast accurately and drive improvements.
