You will be the driving force behind model strategy, information quality, and coordinated, buildable design.

Key Purpose of the Role

To define and execute the BIM strategy, lead multi‑disciplinary model coordination, and ensure that all digital information flows seamlessly into fabrication and site delivery — producing clash‑free, construction‑ready outputs that reduce risk and increase certainty.

Core Responsibilities

  • Set the BIM strategy for each project, aligning with client requirements, ISO 19650, and internal digital standards.
  • Lead model coordination across mechanical, electrical, public health.
  • Own the federated model, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance throughout Stages 2–5.
  • Drive clash detection and resolution, ensuring issues are identified early and closed out collaboratively.
  • Assure information quality, including model audits, naming compliance, data validation, and structured deliverables.
  • Support construction delivery, providing model-based insights, sequencing, and digital field information.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience leading BIM delivery on complex building services projects.
  • Deep understanding of ISO 19650, model validation, and structured data requirements.
