Role Overview

Working remotely, you will collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health engineers to produce accurate CAD drawings and Revit models for a variety of building services projects. You’ll play a key part in supporting the design workflow, ensuring drawings are coordinated, compliant, and delivered to a high standard. This role suits someone who is organised, detail-driven, and confident working independently while still being part of a supportive, growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed 2D CAD drawings and 3D Revit MEP models for building services projects.
  • Work closely with engineers to interpret mark-ups and deliver accurate technical documentation.
  • Manage drawing updates, revisions, and coordination across disciplines.
  • Maintain project drawing registers and ensure all documentation meets company and industry standards.
  • Support BIM processes and contribute to improvements in digital design workflows.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CAD Technician or Revit Technician within Building Services - Minimum 3 years
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
