After a period of growth, we are currently interested in speaking to experienced 360 Recruiters who are driven, capable and ready to work autonomously with the backing of a trusted team.

- You will build and manage your own client portfolio, source and place skilled candidates within construction (other sectors considered) and form strong, lasting relationships.

Requirements
- 360 Recruitment experience (minimum 2 years)
- Proven track record in their relevant sector
- Strong business development skills
- A professional, self‑motivated and results driven approach
- Personable, driven, tenacious and consistent
- Access to home office, laptop/PC and mobile
