We are currently recruiting for a Project Engineer to support a Berkshire based client for a May start.

Responsibilities:

  • Project engineering small packages of works.
  • Delivery of a portfolio of small – medium sized projects in accordance with the company project roadmap throughout the project lifecycle ensuring governance to current engineering standards and compliance with CDM regulations.
  • Strict GMP compliance to be adhered throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Coordination with the Principal Contractor and all other project team members to ensure completion to schedule.
  • Project management services to oversee the completion snags and any construction defects identified.
  • Project management services to oversee the completion of any installation, commissioning and qualification by liaising with the vendor, company Validation and any other company teams.
  • Weekly project progress reporting to the company Portfolio Manager.
  • Weekly project reporting to the PM Group/company Alliance Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Project Engineer/ Project Manager with experience in managing cross functional teams, delivering complex Manufacturing Facility and processing projects, in a highly automated GMP production environment.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Equipment, facility & process experience.
  • Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage and execute projects from initiation to completion.
  • Full project lifecycle experience from end to end design through to C&Q and handover.
  • Understands project management process; programming, scope development, design development, implementation and project closeout.
  • Execution/adherence – demonstrated record of on time delivery.
  • Demonstrable record of delivering right first time handover of documentation.
  • Ability to work with end user on developing operating procedures, maintenance & calibration plans.
  • Strong understanding of the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices.

Onsite (possibly hybrid) 6 months Outside IR35.
