PM Group are currently engaged with a Global CDMO who are starting the development of a new manufacturing facility based in Northumberland. The EHS Department is looking to hire an experienced Process Safety Engineer to join the team. The successful candidate will enjoy working on large-scale pharmaceutical projects.
To be successful in this role, experience in the following is required:
- Process Safety Calculations
- Process Hazard Analysis: HAZID, Hazard and Operability (HAZOP), LOPA reviews
- Seveso III/Safety Report Preparation
- Health and Safety Services, Safety Management Systems, OHSAS 18001, Risk Assessments
- Toxic Dispersion/Fire/Explosion Modelling
- Audit Experience
- Chemical Reaction Hazards Evaluation
We would be interested in hearing from candidates who have the following experience:
- Degree qualification in Process/Chemical engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience in process design and/or plant operations
- Excellent awareness of process safety engineering and process safety management
- Experience in ATEX/DSEAR
