Responsibilities
As a C&I Engineering Graduate at PM Group, your day to day role would involve, but would not be limited to the following activities:
- Work as part of a multi-disciplined team on projects in the following sectors – BioPharma, Med Tech, Advanced Manufacturing, Food and Energy
- Coordination with other PM Group global offices to understand the scope of work, deliverables, time lines, resource hours etc.
- Instrumentation design through Smart Plant Instrumentation
- Work with Senior Engineers and assist in producing instrumentation deliverables in accordance with project requirements, codes, specifications and procedures.
- Duties would include:
- Working with Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI)
- Production of Instrumentation specifications and Data Sheets
- Material requisition’s for Instrument procurement
- Production of Instrument Indices/ I/O Lists
- Production of Instrument cable schedules
- Vendor documentation review and approval’s
- Support during construction
- Assist with commissioning activities
- Attendance at Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT’s).
- Coordination of design with other disciplines
- Participate in PM Group’s Next Graduate Program
Qualifications
- A degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or similar
- Ability to work in a vibrant multi discipline design environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work both in design office and on construction teams
