PM Group requires a site-based Document Controller Consultant in Fife to oversee a project. You will bring the following experience with you:
- Document control on an energy project
- Integrating data into electronic systems
- Managing the transmittal process/collaboration process
- Generating periodic reports on the project
- Project filing/document handover process
- Project filing/archiving process
- Providing general department administration support
- Awareness & understanding of applicable company procedures
- Must be willing to travel and work on various sites as the need arises
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Document Control within regulated industries
- Experience with document management systems (EDMS/Collaboration systems)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe
- Experience in dealing with multidisciplinary design teams, subcontractors and a wide client base
- Ability to understand technical concepts and work with technical departments and personnel to achieve goals
- Well organised, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
