We’re particularly interested in expertise across Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural and Architectural Design. Responsibilities Depending on your discipline, responsibilities may include: * Leading discipline-specific design development from Basis of Design through detailed design and subsequent project phases. * Providing technical direction, design oversight and engineering input to ensure robust, coordinated and buildable solutions. * Coordinating multidisciplinary design activities and interfaces across Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural and Architectural disciplines. * Working collaboratively with project leadership, clients and wider project teams to resolve technical challenges and maintain design quality. * Supporting the development of design deliverables, technical standards, specifications and project execution requirements. Qualifications & Experience * Relevant degree or professional qualification in your discipline, with chartership or professional registration desirable or required where appropriate. * Significant experience in a relevant discipline, including technical leadership or design management on complex capital projects. * Experience delivering large-scale Data Centre, ideally within a hyperscale environment. * Strong understanding of design development, multidisciplinary coordination and the transition from early design through detailed design and delivery. * Excellent technical judgement, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and influence multidisciplinary teams. * An interest in contributing to major European projects while collaborating with PM Group’s UK-based engineering and project delivery teams
