We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join PM Group working for us based out of our Manchester or Birmingham offices. The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.
Location: Manchester or Birmingham
Contract: Full Time - Permanent
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the generation, monitoring and compliance of contract documentation as well as the on and offboarding of Consultants across the UK.
- To do this you will become an expert in our document management system, obtaining the necessary information and approvals to generate contract documentation or to perform contractual changes.
- In this role you'll promote best practice concerning IR35 legislation to manage risk to ensure Compliance, as well as producing regular reports and offering support to the wider team as required.
Qualifications:
- A qualification in Business Administration or equivalent is preferable but not essential.
- Proven experience in a senior administrative role and line management role.
- Knowledge and understanding of UK IR35 Legislation.
- Must be professional and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with a variety and range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, combined with ability to prioritise competing demands and methodical approach to problem solving.
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of PowerPoint, PDF-Exchange, Docusign and SharePoint preferable.
