We are looking for a Deputy Head of Electrical Engineering to join PM Group working for us on a hybrid working arrangement based out of our Birmingham office.
Responsibilities
- You will be supporting the UK Head of Electrical Control and Instrumentation (EC&I) in leading and managing the Electrical Engineering team, ensuring operational delivery and excellence in resource allocation for projects.
- In addition to the management aspect, you will play an active role in managing and developing client relationships and accounts, as well as contributing to technical delivery and project execution.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a related Engineering field.
- Chartered membership of the IET or an equivalent professional body.
- Proven level of experience, competency, and skills gained in both engineering and management functions.
- A demonstrable capability and level of experience in process design within the Pharmaceutical, Food, or Chemical sectors.
- Experience working in a multi-discipline team environment.
- Able to communicate professionally with all levels within and outside the organisation in the tone set by PM Group.
- Ability to motivate, mentor and lead employees, and hold them accountable.
