We are looking for a Deputy Head of Electrical Engineering to join PM Group working for us on a hybrid working arrangement based out of our Birmingham office.
- Location: Birmingham
- Contract: Full Time - Permanent
Responsibilities
You will be supporting the UK Head of Electrical Control and Instrumentation (EC&I) in leading and managing the Electrical Engineering team, ensuring operational delivery and excellence in resource allocation for projects. In addition to the management aspect, you will play an active role in managing and developing client relationships and accounts, as well as contributing to technical delivery and project execution.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a related Engineering field.
- Chartered membership of the IET or an equivalent professional body.
- Proven level of experience, competency, and skills gained in both engineering and management functions.
- A demonstrable capability and level of experience in process design within the Pharmaceutical, Food, or Chemical sectors.
- Experience working in a multi-discipline team environment.
- Able to communicate professionally with all levels within and outside the organisation in the tone set by PM Group.
- Ability to motivate, mentor and lead employees, and hold them accountable.
