Plympton Academy is seeking to appoint a Head of Health and Social Care. You will join our team of committed professionals teaching our fantastic students. You will be passionate about your subject and the development of pedagogy and curriculum. As Head of Health and Social Care you will lead by example, develop, inspire and motivate your team and be committed to achieving high standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding teacher who is now looking for promotion to Head of department in a supportive Academy. Part time hours will be considered for this role.

  • A qualified teacher with QTS and able to deliver Health & Social Care up to Key Stage 5
  • Committed to high standards and raising achievement for all students
  • Keen to contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
