About the role

As a Repairs Planning Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the high-quality service they deserve.

Working closely with our Repairs Team and Contact Centre colleagues, you'll help coordinate repair appointments, manage planning activities, and act as a key link between customers and operatives.

No two days are the same.

You'll need to balance multiple priorities, communicate effectively with a wide range of people, and remain calm and professional in a fast-moving environment.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

  • Supporting the smooth delivery of our repairs service through effective planning and coordination.
  • Building positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Communicating updates clearly and empathetically to customers.
  • Managing appointments, schedules, and administrative processes to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Working collaboratively across teams to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes.
  • Contributing to performance targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
