As a Thriving Neighbourhoods Operations Manager, you’ll take the lead in delivering outstanding tenancy and neighbourhood services across your designated areas. You’ll be at the heart of our mission to build inclusive places where residents feel empowered, valued, and proud to call home. This is a role with real influence — managing and developing a talented team, driving service performance through data and insight, and working collaboratively across PCH and beyond to help shape the future of our communities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of housing professionals to deliver exceptional neighbourhood services.
  • Use performance data and resident feedback to drive continuous improvement and deliver consistently high standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Thriving Neighbourhoods, colleagues, partners, and resident groups to bring strategic plans to life.
  • Act as a key point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Champion safeguarding, compliance, and best practice, ensuring our services are inclusive, responsive, and resident-focused.

  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
