About the role: At Plymouth Community Homes, we are committed to transforming our commercial portfolio of shops and garages and we are looking for an Operations Manager Commercial who can help us deliver exactly that. This is your chance to develop and lead a high-performing team, develop innovative commercial solutions, and play a major role in reshaping our commercial portfolio with our commercial tenants, residents, and to meet wider community needs.

What you will be doing:

  • Form, motivate, lead, develop a team of commercial professionals to deliver an exceptional commercial portfolio.
  • Use performance data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and deliver consistently high standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Commercial, colleagues, partners, and stakeholder groups to develop and bring strategic plans to life.
  • Act as a key point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Commercial acumen: entrepreneurial, comfortable with budget management, procurement, and value-for-money decisions.
