We’re looking for a confident Multi‑Trade Asbestos Operative - Site Supervisor to lead from the front within our in‑house Asbestos team. You’ll take charge on site, supervising operatives and ensuring asbestos removal and reinstatement works are delivered safely, compliantly and efficiently. You’ll be the go‑to person on site — the first point of contact for HSE inspectors, tenants and customers — keeping works moving and standards high. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll coordinate activity, resolve issues quickly and make sure every job is done right, first time.
You’re a strong, hands‑on supervisor who:
- Has solid experience supervising asbestos works and managing operatives on site
- Knows The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and ACOP L143 inside out
- Communicates clearly and confidently with inspectors, tenants and colleagues
- Takes pride in running safe, well‑organised and compliant sites
