Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) is seeking a Management Accounts Officer to play a key role in helping our managers and operational teams effectively monitor and manage their budgets.

Responsibilities
As the Management Accounts Officer, you will work with managers and operational teams to effectively monitor and manage budgets, provide value-for-money insights, and contribute to high-quality financial reporting and analysis across the organisation. You will collaborate across the finance function and wider organisation to support financial decision-making.
Ideal candidate / Qualifications
- Experience in a social housing or not-for-profit management accounts environment
- You understand sector challenges and can add value from day one
- Confident managing your own workload
- Able to balance multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Strong IT and financial system capability, including proven working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel
- You’ll be a team player who works collaboratively across the finance function and wider organisation to ensure value for money and high-quality financial insight
