  • Help staff resolve everyday technical issues (on-site and remotely)

Qualifications:

  • Has previous experience in an IT support/service desk environment, or hold relevant IT qualifications/training (e.g. college course, apprenticeship, CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
  • Has good understanding of core IT concepts (e.g. Windows, devices, basic networking, M365)
  • Be comfortable troubleshooting common IT issues with guidance where needed
  • Has proven ability to work independently within a team and work flexible hours to meet the needs of the service
  • Is committed to delivering excellent customer service and support
  • Is eager to learn, develop, and build a long-term career in IT
