Qualifications:
- Has previous experience in an IT support/service desk environment, or hold relevant IT qualifications/training (e.g. college course, apprenticeship, CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
- Has good understanding of core IT concepts (e.g. Windows, devices, basic networking, M365)
- Be comfortable troubleshooting common IT issues with guidance where needed
- Has proven ability to work independently within a team and work flexible hours to meet the needs of the service
- Is committed to delivering excellent customer service and support
- Is eager to learn, develop, and build a long-term career in IT
