About the role
You’ll be the go-to contact for tenants, providing responsive, fair, and solutions‑driven support. From managing tenancy enquiries and resolving issues to tackling anti‑social behaviour and upholding community standards, your work will have a direct, positive impact on residents’ quality of life. You’ll be supported by various internal teams and local partners where you’ll help build safe, welcoming and thriving neighbourhoods across Plymouth—while developing strong, trusted relationships with residents.
