We are looking for a Housing Assistant to support our Tenancy Management team as a temporary role of up to 10 months.
A Housing Assistant will provide essential administrative support to enable colleagues to spend more time in our communities, supporting residents where it matters most.
Responsibilities
- Keep processes running smoothly behind the scenes
- Help colleagues stay in our communities, supporting residents
- Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional and empathetic way
- Ensure resident voices are heard and reflected in the services delivered
- Occasionally visit estates and work independently on-site
