About the Role

Are you an experienced digital leader who enjoys bringing people, platforms and content together to make services easier to use and communications more engaging? We're looking for a talented Digital Media & Marketing Manager to lead our digital communications, customer-facing platforms and content services, helping us deliver engaging, accessible and effective communications during a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a varied and rewarding role within our Communications, Marketing & External Engagement team, helping us provide accessible, useful and engaging digital information for our customers, residents, colleagues and stakeholders.

We would love to hear from candidates who can bring:

  • Strong leadership skills, with the confidence to support, develop and motivate a team.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience of managing websites, digital platforms, social media channels, online content and customer-facing digital tools.
  • Experience of improving digital platforms, supporting digital transformation, using insight and analytics, or working with digital suppliers to improve online services.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities, make thoughtful decisions and help strengthen the way residents and colleagues engage with PCH online.
  • Marketing knowledge would be helpful, but this opportunity is weighted more towards digital leadership, digital communications and platform management.
