Plymouth Community Homes is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to join our Customer Experience team at Plumer House.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them feel listened to and valued.
You’ll manage feedback and complaints, record information accurately, and collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to resolve enquiries and improve services for our 35,000+ residents.
Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm.
