What you\βll be doing: As a Housing with Support Officer you will promote independence, dignity and choice, for older people with support needs.
You will have a key role in co-ordinating support for older people, including the assessment of support needs, thereby enabling independence, privacy and security.

You will work as part of a team and have knowledge of supported housing, welfare benefits and care services for older people.

The role requires the use of basic computer applications, such as, MS outlook, word and excel and requires evidence of a commitment to continuous professional development.
