What you\’ll be doing: As a Housing with Support Officer you will promote independence, dignity and choice, for older people with support needs.
You will have a key role in co-ordinating support for older people, including the assessment of support needs, thereby enabling independence, privacy and security.
We\’d love to hear from you if you have: We are looking for candidates with a positive, \”can do\” attitude who are able to demonstrate experience of developing effective working relationships with a range of customers and staff.
You will work as part of a team and have knowledge of supported housing, welfare benefits and care services for older people.
The ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team is essential.
You will need to be an effective problem solver and be able to work on your own initiative.
The role requires the use of basic computer applications, such as, MS outlook, word and excel and requires evidence of a commitment to continuous professional development.
You will need to work flexibly demonstrating experience of working in a customer focused environment.
