The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of CNC operators, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across the shop floor. This role would suit someone with strong CNC manufacturing experience and previous leadership or supervisory responsibility.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating a team of CNC Operators across a busy production environment.
- Ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Supporting machine set-ups, changeovers, and production planning activities.
- Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Promoting and maintaining a strong health & safety culture.
- Providing coaching, training, and day-to-day support to team members.
- Acting as the link between production staff and management to ensure smooth operations.

- Previous experience within a CNC machining or manufacturing environment.
