PDI Engineer β Wakefield
Salary: Β£28,000 β Β£33,000
Working Hours: Monday β Friday, 8am β 5pm
Our client is a national provider of powered access and telescopic handlers. They are looking for a Depot Based PDI Engineer to join their Wakefield team.
What youll do:
- Work with the senior engineer at the depot.
- Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on scissor lifts, booms, and telescopic handlers.
- Complete maintenance tasks as directed.
- Keep all equipment in excellent condition.
- Help us provide top service for our customers.
What were looking for:
- NVQ Level 2 is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in powered access, telescopic handlers, or plant hire is helpful but not requiredfull training is provided.
- Transferable skills and a strong work ethic are just as important.
- Training includes shadowing qualified engineers and attending a structured PDI course.
