We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading electrical services and compliance business.

About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Contract Manager, Project Manager, Site Manager, Field Supervisor or Senior Contract Manager.
- Electrical experience is desirable but not required if you have experience working within Social Housing.
- Strong coordination skills, able to lead and organise people.
- Confident working with customers/clients to build a constant line of communication and be able to execute on expectations.
The Job:
- Lead on contracts with direct day to day responsibility of testers and electricians on your contract.
- Ensuring the correct allocation of parts and resources to enable testers and electricians to complete scheduled works.
- Ensure delivery of contract KPIs and requirements.
- Communicate across the team to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure correct compliance throughout the team and contracts.
This role is primarily office based in Banstead, Surrey.
