Our client is currently recruiting General Operatives within Traffic Management to join their team. This role offers a stable & long term opportunity within the infrastructure and highways sector, with training and long-term career prospects available.

Role Overview

As a Traffic Management Operative, you will support the safe and effective management of traffic across highways and work sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing and maintaining traffic management systems
  • Assisting with traffic control during roadworks, infrastructure projects and events
  • Ensuring safety procedures and site standards are followed
  • Working collaboratively with team members and site personnel

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Full UK driving licence (Max 6 Points)
  • Ability to work the shift patterns listed

The following qualifications are desirable but not essential:

  • Lantra 12AB
  • 12D M1/M2
  • Unit 2 Traffic Management

Shift Patterns

Flexible shift patterns are available and may include day and night work. Available patterns include:

  • 12 days on / 2 days off
  • 6 days on / 1 day off

There are also opportunities available for High-Speed Operatives which involve night work. These roles require a Lantra 12AB qualification.

Relocation Support

There may be relocation support available for candidates looking to move closer to the Bonnybridge or Shotts area, depending on experience and role level. This can be discussed further during the application process.
