RSD Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a driven Showroom Sales Manager to join a growing bathroom showroom business. This role is ideal for a proactive, sales-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving business.

Youll be confident managing the full customer journey - from enquiry through to design and sale - while developing strong relationships with both retail customers and local trade professionals. Youll play a key role in growing showroom performance, following up leads, managing quotations, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Bathroom product knowledge is helpful but not essential - attitude, drive, and sales ability are key.
