RSD Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Business Manager on behalf of a well-established electrical wholesaler. This role is built for a driven leader with strong sales ability, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to take full ownership of a branch. The successful candidate will be trusted to drive growth, win business, develop key accounts, and lead the branch with a high level of autonomy.

We are specifically looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • A proven track record in sales growth and account development
  • Ideally a background in electrical wholesaling
  • The ability to lead from the front and grow a profitable branch

The Role:

  • Drive branch sales and profitability
