RSD Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a highly respected manufacturer and distributor in the construction and healthcare sectors. They are the UK’s leading provider of bathroom, kitchen, and healthcare products, tiles, adhesives and general hardware.

This is a field-based sales role, focused on managing and growing an existing customer base while actively winning new business to maximise earnings, covering the Greater London, Surrey, and Buckinghamshire areas.

The Role

You’ll manage your territory, build strong relationships with customers, and promote a premium product range. Supported by a main distribution centre and a well-established brand, you’ll have the tools and backing to succeed without being office-bound.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll work with a diverse customer base including building contractors, maintenance companies, disabled adaptation specialists, regional house developers, and housing associations, selling a wide range of products from independent living and wetroom solutions to domestic and commercial sanitaryware, tiles, adhesives, grouts, and tiling systems.

About You

  • Proven experience in a field-based sales role (specification-led preferred)
  • Construction or RTM background highly desirable
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Confident, friendly, and professional communicator
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about new business
  • Comfortable travelling to client sites daily
  • Team player with excellent attention to detail
