RSD Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a respected and growing electrical services company, to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong commercial background. Based out of the Banstead office, this role will cover projects across the M25 circuit, so some travel will be required.
You will oversee commercial contracts, manage client relationships, and ensure that work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. We are looking for someone with a commercially minded approach - confident managing budgets, people, and processes while maintaining steady communication with both site teams and clients.
The role will typically involve two days per week on-site and three days in the office, offering a good balance between hands-on supervision and office-based coordination.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in a commercial electrical environment
- Strong commercial awareness and management ability
- Comfortable working across multiple projects around the M25
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Salary Β£55,000 - Β£65,000 (DOE)
- Vehicle provided initially a van, with the option to transition to a car
