The Opportunity: Mobile Plant Fitter Contract: Permanent Location: Southampton We are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join a leading plant and tool hire company based in Southampton. This role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of plant and tool hire equipment, ensuring that machinery is kept operational and reliable for customer use. Responsibilities: Perform repairs, servicing, and maintenance on tools and powered access equipment, including electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as petrol and diesel engines. Attend off-site breakdowns to minimise equipment downtime. Work as part of a team in a workshop environment to prepare and maintain machinery. Conduct PAT Testing (desirable, but not essential).
