Devonport High School for Girls is looking for an experienced Catering Assistant to join our friendly Catering Team to assist with the preparation and service of freshly-cooked meals.

Applicants for this role should have good communication and teamwork skills, be able to relate well to adults and young people and have a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate. Previous experience of working in a kitchen would be an advantage.

The role is for 2 x 15 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, either Monday to Friday 10.00am – 1.00pm or Monday to Friday 12.30pm – 3.30pm. The salary is Grade B, Points 3 – 4 (Β£24,027 – 24,404), actual salary (Β£8,161 -Β£8,290).
