Are you looking for an admin role in an education setting? We are recruiting an experienced Administration Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly admin team. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and diligent candidate providing a high standard of administrative support, and assisting the Office Manager in ensuring efficiency within the school office.
You will be a proactive team player who will undertake general office duties including filing, parent communications, photocopying and scanning. Our Admin Assistant/Receptionist will:
- Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have a good knowledge of ICT.
- Liaise with caterers regarding food requirements and refreshments for school trips, meetings and events.
- Maintain information systems, databases and other associated records.
This role is offered on a Term Time basis, working 8.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will also be expected to work an additional 3 Saturday mornings to assist with the 11+ Exam Invigilation.
