Do you enjoy turning data into strategic decisions that improve homes and communities? If so, we’re looking for a Senior Asset Officer to play a key role in delivering our ambitious investment plans—supporting our journey to achieve EPC C across our homes by 2030.
As part of our growing Asset Strategy & Delivery Team, you’ll lead our well-established Asset Data Team and act as the vital link between data, strategy, and delivery. You’ll:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Asset Data Team
- Oversee multiple data sets and investment planning
- Translate data insights into effective long-term asset strategies
- Support the mobilisation of planned investment programmes
- Work closely with our Senior Stock Condition Surveyor and Sustainability Lead
- Manage our Access Co-ordinators, ensuring surveys and works run smoothly

- Strong knowledge of housing asset management and property data
- A passion for sustainability and decarbonisation

- A collaborative, open and customer-focused approach
