About The Role
At Plymouth Community Homes, we are committed to transforming our commercial portfolio of shops and garages and we are looking for an Operations Manager – Commercial who can help us deliver exactly that. This is your chance to develop and lead a high-performing team, develop innovative commercial solutions, and play a major role in reshaping our commercial portfolio with our commercial tenants, residents and to meet wider community needs.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Form, motivate, lead, develop and a team of commercial professionals to deliver an exceptional commercial portfolio.
- Use performance data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and deliver consistently high standards.
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Commercial, colleagues, partners, and stakeholder groups to develop and bring strategic plans to life.
- Act as a key point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
