We’re looking for a confident Multi-Trade Asbestos Operative - Site Supervisor to lead from the front within our in-house Asbestos team. You’ll take charge on site, supervising operatives and ensuring asbestos removal and reinstatement works are delivered safely, compliantly and efficiently.
You’ll be the go-to person on site — the first point of contact for HSE inspectors, tenants and customers — keeping works moving and standards high. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll coordinate activity, resolve issues quickly and make sure every job is done right, first time.
About you:
- You’re a strong, hands-on supervisor who has solid experience supervising asbestos works and managing operatives on site.
- Knows The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and ACOP L143 inside out.
- Communicates clearly and confidently with inspectors, tenants and colleagues.
- Takes pride in running safe, well-organised and compliant sites.
