About the Role
Are you an experienced digital leader who enjoys bringing people, platforms and content together to make services easier to use and communications more engaging? We're looking for a talented Digital Media & Marketing Manager to lead our digital communications, customer-facing platforms and content services, helping us deliver engaging, accessible and effective communications during a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This is a varied and rewarding role within our Communications, Marketing & External Engagement team, helping us provide accessible, useful and engaging digital information for our customers, residents, colleagues and stakeholders.
We would love to hear from candidates who can bring:
- Strong leadership skills, with the confidence to support, develop and motivate a team.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience of managing websites, digital platforms, social media channels, online content and customer-facing digital tools.
- Experience of improving digital platforms, supporting digital transformation, using insight and analytics, or working with digital suppliers to improve online services.
- The ability to manage competing priorities, make thoughtful decisions and help strengthen the way residents and colleagues engage with PCH online.
Marketing knowledge would be helpful, but this opportunity is weighted more towards digital leadership, digital communications and platform management.
