About the role
Want a role where you can make a real, visible difference to local communities? You’ll play an important part in supporting the Housing Officer and the wider team to deliver a high-quality estate management service. This is hands-on, meaningful work — helping to ensure that residents on our estates feel supported, listened to, and able to enjoy a good quality of life. You’ll show, through your approach and actions, that you genuinely care about our residents. Their views and priorities will shape how you support the delivery of excellent services across our neighbourhoods. The role includes visiting customers in their homes, so you’ll need to be comfortable moving around our estates independently and confidently.
Who we’re looking for
- Understand the purpose of social housing and value the role of the third sector in supporting diverse communities, including those experiencing social or financial exclusion.
- Have administrative experience or similar experience that shows you can stay organised and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude and are committed to working in a busy, customer-focused environment.
