Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of housing professionals to deliver exceptional neighbourhood services.
  • Use performance data and resident feedback to drive continuous improvement and deliver consistently high standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Thriving Neighbourhoods, colleagues, partners, and resident groups to bring strategic plans to life.
  • Act as a key point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Champion safeguarding, compliance, and best practice, ensuring our services are inclusive, responsive, and resident-focused.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in housing or neighbourhood services management.
  • A proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams.
  • Confidence using data to inform decisions and solve problems.
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for resident engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
