We\’re now looking for a Multi‑Trade Operative Plumber to join our dedicated in‑house Water Hygiene team. If you\’re passionate about high‑quality work, customer care, and playing your part in keeping our homes safe and compliant, we want to hear from you.
The Role
You\’ll Be a Key Player In Ensuring The Safety And Wellbeing Of Thousands Of Residents. Your Work Will Support Our Water Hygiene Compliance Programme, Including
Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments
Performing planned maintenance inspections
Completing responsive plumbing repairs across our housing stock in Plymouth
Conducting water system disinfections
It\’s varied, meaningful work where no two days look the same.
What We\’re Looking For
You\’ll Thrive In This Role If You Are
A qualified plumber (preferably with a completed Plumbing Apprenticeship)
Experienced in water hygiene and legionella control
A confident problem-solver who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused, flexible, enthusiastic, and ready to grow your skills
A driver with a full UK licence
